EDGECELL delivers enterprise-grade modular data centers across Europe in 18–24 weeks. Build critical infrastructure faster — without the wait.
Like roads, electricity, and water — data centers power the digital economy. Corporations pay for them with long-term contracts, generating stable, predictable revenue.
Every AI model requires thousands of GPU servers running 24/7. Microsoft, Google, Amazon invest hundreds of billions.
Moving data to the cloud requires physical infrastructure. Every company, hospital, and bank uses servers.
GDPR, AI Act and NIS2 require EU data storage. Companies need local infrastructure in Europe.
IoT devices, autonomous vehicles and 5G networks generate data near users. Distributed DCs are needed everywhere.
Very few companies worldwide can comprehensively design and deploy modular data centers meeting enterprise requirements. EDGECELL is one of them.
Design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning and 15-year service — one supplier, full accountability.
Tier III/IV standards, hyperscaler requirements (Microsoft, AWS, Google), CE/EN compliance norms.
Prefabricated modules. We deliver where a traditional DC takes 4–6 years to build.
Subscription service agreement. Guaranteed performance without your own technical staff needed.
Any plot with power and fiber internet. Edge Computing in practice — infrastructure closer to the end user.
Only a handful of companies globally can comprehensively deploy modular DCs at enterprise scale. First-mover advantage is critical.
Modularity is a new DC infrastructure philosophy — adapted to the pace of technological change. A traditional DC becomes obsolete before it is even completed.
GPUs and processors change every 12–18 months. In a modular DC, hardware replacement means replacing 1 module — without rebuilding the entire facility.
In a traditional DC, servicing one section cuts power to all clients. Enterprise clients require 99.99% availability. Modules solve this.
Traditional DC: you pay for full capacity upfront. Modular DC grows with your tenant portfolio — from 0.5 MW to any scale.
Large DC campuses bypass Central Europe. Clients need infrastructure closer to them — lower latency and GDPR compliance.
Traditional DC: minimum €50M — reserved for giants. Thanks to modularity, the DC market is open to everyone.
Traditional DC: PUE 1.5–2.0 (up to 100% energy waste). Modular DC achieves PUE 1.2–1.3 with RES/BESS integration.
A simple three-step model. You own the infrastructure. An Operator pays you lease. EDGECELL handles the technology.
Purchase or contribute a serviced plot (power + fiber). EDGECELL delivers and installs a modular data center in 18–24 weeks. The infrastructure becomes your property.
Sign a long-term lease with a DC Operator. The Operator installs computing equipment for their clients (Microsoft, Nokia, etc.) and pays you a regular lease for the infrastructure.
You collect stable lease payments throughout the agreement period. Your costs are minimal — EDGECELL subscription, repair reserve, and insurance. IT power is paid by the end client.
Revenue, operating costs, and return on investment are tailored individually to each project — depending on location, scale, and the Operator's offer. All financial details are presented during a dedicated, confidential meeting.
Request an Individual PresentationThe investor owns the infrastructure and collects lease income. The Operator manages the facility. EDGECELL provides the technology and long-term service. You never manage operations directly.
Any plot with power and fiber connection — in a city, on a former industrial site, in a rural area. EDGECELL deploys where traditional DC construction is simply not possible.
Whether you are an investor seeking stable returns or a corporation needing enterprise infrastructure — let's talk.
